Steps will be given on how to remove the package from unboxing printer and protective material, please follow them correctly.
1. Setup Procedure:-
Once you have received the hp printer, check whether the package includes all the items needed for setup.
Then free the printer from the all the protective tape and cardboard.
Now collect one by one all the accessories.
Install the color in ink tank:-
Next, open the ink tank lid and unplug the ink tank you want to fill.
Remove the cap from the ink bottle by carefully pulling on the seal tab.
Then pick the one color bottle and remove the cap from bottle.
Hold the ink bottle and gently push it down into the ink tank. Allow the ink color to fill below the maximum fill line on the tank.
Again choose another color bottle and apply the same process as mentioned in 123.hp.com video.
Paper Load:-
After finish the process of filling the color in the ink tank. Now comes the next step is loaded paper in a paper tray. First steps is about how to load plain paper, envelopes, card, and photo paper for an HP printer series.
Gently lift up the input tray.
Next, lower the output tray.
Eject the tray extender.
Load a full sheet of plain white paper in the input tray facing forward.
Slide the paper width guide in until it rests against the edge of the paper.
Then up the output tray.
Now you can down the input tray.
2. Download and Install the Software or Drivers:-
(A) Driver Install by CD Disk
Pick the CD disk that comes with hp printer and put into your Laptop or PC disk drive.
The AutoPlay Popup appear in your computer or laptop screen and prompt you to Install or run the file from your media.

(B) Driver Install by Manual
If you have lost you CD disk or you want to manual download, see the below steps.
Go to official hp website.
Type your printer model name in search bar (Enter your product name). Choose your printer model name by scrolling the list.
A new screen will appear named All Drivers. After clicking on it will display many sources.
You can click on download Driver or Universal Driver.
After click download you must wait for finish.
Once download, open the location and you will see the driver setup file.
Next, click to run the setup file.
Complete the process.
2. Connect an HP Printer with WiFi:-
You can setup hp printer with wifi using WPS method, Wi-Fi Direct, and HP Smart App.
If you want to use WPS Method:-
To use the WPS method, place your printer near a WiFi router.
Put the printer in WPS connection mode.
Press the WPS button on the router until the light will not stable.
HP Printer Wi-Fi Direct:-
Get the power cord supplied along with the printer, and unwrap it.
Connect one end of it to the rear of the printer and the other end to the wall outlet.
Power up the printer.
Download if you are using android then you need to download the HP Print Service Plugin.

Download HP Smart App from hp store.
Install it on your mobile device (iOS, iPadOS), Windows, Mac and Chromebook.
Run the app and add your printer in add device.
